Honoring the Legacy. Fueling the Future.
Welcome to the New NEPARunner.com
Find Your Next Race

If you've spent any time pounding the pavement from the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail to the streets of Wilkes-Barre, you know that running in Northeast Pennsylvania is more than just a hobby, it's a community.

For years, NEPARunner served as the digital town square for our local athletes. It was the place where we checked our PRs, found our next weekend challenge, and kept the pulse of the local racing scene. We know how much that history matters because we were right there at the starting lines with you.

Community First

From trail runs to city races, we built this platform for local runners, clubs, and event organizers.

Built for Today

Cleaner layouts, mobile-friendly pages, and easier navigation make finding races and updates faster.

Why We're Back

A Stronger Second Wind for NEPARunner

Every great run needs a second wind. The original site was a monumental effort, but as any marathoner knows, maintaining that pace solo is tough. We've stepped in under new management to ensure this vital resource doesn't just survive, but thrives for years to come.

Our mission is simple: To provide the most comprehensive, modern, and user-friendly platform for the NEPA running community.

What's New at NEPARunner.com

While we're keeping some of the historical archives and the comprehensive race calendar you loved, we've upgraded the experience to meet the needs of today's runners:

  • A Modern Experience: No more cluttered layouts. Our site is now clean, mobile-responsive, and easy to navigate.
  • Self-Serve Race Submissions: Are you a race director? You can now add your own events directly to our calendar, ensuring the community never misses a beat.
  • Featured Athlete Spotlights: We're celebrating the stories of local runners, from the podium finishers to the back-of-the-pack heroes.
  • The NEPARunner Newsletter: Get the latest race updates, training tips, and local news delivered straight to your inbox.
  • Sustainable Growth: By partnering with local sponsors and targeted advertisers, we've built a model that covers the costs of high-quality site management, ensuring NEPARunner remains a permanent fixture in our community.

Your Daily Finish Line

Whether you're planning your yearly racing schedule, looking for local results, or just want to stay connected to the scene, we want NEPARunner.com to be your first stop every day.
